The ceremony was dimly lit, which gave the wedding a vintage feeling. Ceviche Orlando's wedding event space had lots of early Florida spanish elements to the walls. It allowed me to push a more moody tone through all of my images. Photojournalism wedding photography focuses on moments, and when you are able to make them stand out with dark and moody tones, it gives the images more meaning. They have a tone that is timeless.
Christian Fernandez worked alongside of me, and was mainly responsible for introducing me to Lauryn and David. Christian grew up with Lauryn, who both have stayed close friends. Christian has a very first person style that is to me wedding journalism. When the two of us shoot together we just go with the flow. Somehow crazy situations happen, and the two of us feed off of that. I will link to his video at the bottom of this post. Watch it!
