Key West is always a popular spot for a destination wedding. Turquoise blue waters, warm weather, and palm trees. How could anyone resist that? Danielle & Tony celebrated their wedding at Hyatt Centric Key West Resort. This wedding was super relaxed yet elegant. They had been planning this wedding in Key West for over a year, so even with a few changes due to Hurricane Irma, it was still everything they wanted! The two of them both worked for Hyatt so why not come to Key West?
When Danielle contacted me, we instantly hit it off. She had been following my instagram wedding portfolio, so she new what to expect style wise. We chatted and realized we were going to be good friends even before the wedding! In the months leading up to the wedding the two of us brainstormed ideas for photography, which made the day more unique and personalized. What she didn't know until a few weeks before the wedding, was that I had a wedding photography superstar coming to shoot the wedding alongside of me. Fearless Photographers wedding heavyweight Ken Pak came to join me in Key West. This gave Danielle and Tony a 3 camera view of their wedding. So in a way it was a destination wedding for many people, not just the wedding guests!
The groom and his men headed to Addison's Barber Parlor to start their day while the girls (and guy) got ready at the resort. This allowed us to have everyone in a spot away from each other, which kept the distractions at a minimal amount.
